A payroll administration contains a lot of privacy-sensitive data. For this reason, we advise you to take advantage of the option to secure your Mijn LoonDossier account with two-factor authentication.

You can activate two-factor authentication on the 'Profiel' tab.

When two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to provide a one-time code when signing in to Mijn LoonDossier. This code is obtained from an Authenticator app that you install on your mobile phone. Two-factor authentication greatly enhances the security of your login. To access your data, you will need a username, a password, and such a one-time code.

Enabling two-step verification can be done after logging in to mijn.loondossier.nl by going to the 'Profiel' tab at the top. Click on 'Activeer' next to 'Tweestaps-verificatie' for more information and to activate your two-step verification afterwards.

You will receive instructions for installing an Authenticator app. You will then scan a QR code from the screen.

Please note: You will receive 10 backup codes . Copy these backup codes and store them in a safe place. You will need these codes if, for example, you get a different phone.
