Mijn.loondossier.nl. For clients administrative office

There is a Mijn LoonDossier app for iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android. The app is especially useful for:

- Quickly view your overviews.

- View the profile data of your employees and the submitted payroll files.

A push notification can be set up in the app, which is useful for receiving an alert when a file has been made available to you on your Mijn LoonDossier app account.

The Mijn LoonDossier app displays almost everything you can see via mijn.loondossier.nl, but you don’t need a PC for that. You can install the Mijn LoonDossier app for free, just as you are used to with your smartphone or tablet.

Logging into the Mijn LoonDossier app.

When you click on the icon of the Mijn LoonDossier app, you will be directed to the login screen below:

You can find more information via the 'i' icon. It is also possible to request your username and/or password there. On the home screen, you can choose 'Donkere weergave' if dark mode is desired.

On the login screen, enter the username and password that you also use for mijn.loondossier.nl. You will then see the following screen appear:

1. Mijn Dossier

Through the option ‘Mijn Dossier' you can see:

- The summaries that the Payroll user has uploaded to Mijn LoonDossier.

- The other files that you have uploaded to your Mijn LoonDossier account.

You can share these files with the Loon user.

Delen via andere app

By tapping on a file with your finger, you can choose 'Delen via andere app'. This means you can forward it to yourself or someone else via email, WhatsApp, print it, save it, et cetera.

2. Werknemers

Through the 'Werknemers' option, you can see the employees for whom files have been uploaded from Loon.

You can choose to view all your employees or only those who are employed this year (with files in the current year).

When you click on an employee's name, you will see the following options:

- Open dossier

Here you will find the Loon files uploaded by the Loon user and any other files that the employee has shared with you.

- Toon gegevens

Here you can see the details of the employee.

3. Mijn gegevens

This option shows your own data and is self-explanatory.

4. Instellingen

With this option, you will enter the screen below:

Here you can choose one of the following options:

- Pincode

- FaceID or TouchID

- Alleen wachtwoord (password only)

You will also see a number of other options that are self-explanatory and can be turned on or off according to your preference.

After enabling ‘Notificaties’ (notifications), you can send a test notification to check if the notification works for you. The notification will be sent within a few minutes.

5. Afmelden

You can manually log out of your account. If you have set the 'Instellingen' option to ‘Automatisch uitloggen’ (automatically log out), you will be logged out automatically when swiping.

After 15 minutes of inactivity, you will also be logged out automatically.
