Username or password for Mijn LoonDossier forgotten or not received?
- Username
If the username is no longer known for Mijn LoonDossier, it can be requested. Attention! Each account has a unique username.
Go to mijn.loondossier.nl and select 'Gebruikersnaam vergeten?' on the login screen.
An email address must then be provided that matches the email address known in Mijn LoonDossier (the one used from Loon to send a file to mijn.loondossier.nl most recently).
If no email with the username arrives, ask the Loon user if the correct email address was entered in Loon.
The username will be sent to the specified email address.
Please note: If an email address has been used multiple times, there are multiple accounts, each with a unique username. All usernames associated with this email address will be sent in one email.
- Password
Is the password no longer known?
Then log in at mijn.loondossier.nl with the correct unique username (which can be requested) and select 'Wachtwoord vergeten?’ on the login screen. An email will be sent with a link to create a new password. Of course, you must fill in the correct information in the field that appears after opening the link.
The Loon user can assist you as an employer by logging into mijn.loondossier.nl (that is, using the Loon user's Mijn LoonDossier account). The Loon user can provide your username and the email address registered on Mijn LoonDossier.
